Atmosphere - I go to the Pearl District location. It's trendy. Cool. Casual. A little noisy but that's cause it's always packed. Popular place ya know?
Food - OMG - that's my favorite part. Sandwiches rock. The collette pastry things are THE BEST. Bagels are - eh - whatever. But its good
Beverages - Coffee is groovy. I dig the Chai and Italian sodas. Please bring back the Visos!
Decent connectivity/atmosphere, have had poor service experiences.

Beverages - I've only been here twice. The first time, it took 30 minutes to get my coffee. The second time, they dumped it on me.

Atmosphere - Casual atmosphere; mostly quiet (usually a good CD playing in the background), with lots of REI employees stopping in for a quick fix. Plenty of other WiFi users all around.
Food - The food is awesome. Where else in the Pearl can you get a nicely sized salad for $3.50? Buy the best PB&J you've ever had or go classy with one of their terrific sandwiches. Lots of desserts to choose from too, and the employees are always willing to personalize things for you.
Beverages - I'm not a coffee drinker, but I've been told it's quite good. They serve all the basics, and again, it's all about the staff. Ask them for ideas, and they'll customize a drink to your specs.
