Chill little place with about 21 seats, great decor, great music playing, over 80 teas including 11 chai lattes they make from scratch. Recognized by many as having Portland's best bubble tea. Draws a very cool, very diverse crowd of good Portlanders. Will be opening a 2nd store on NE Alberta in December or January.
