It's a hospital, medical center, medical school, and attached to the Veterans Medical Center, Dental School, Casey Eye Center, Shriner's Hospital for Children . . . etc.WiFi connections are readily accessible. Waiting areas and "hunker down" venues abound. People spend a lot of time waiting for patients, appointments, doctors. It's very much like a college campus.Veteran's Facility is open to the public, but you must be aware that it is a Federal Facility and you are subject to search of bags, your person without "probable cause." -- No one gets searched unless they're being disruptive/aggressive/suspiciousParking can be a hassle.
