Won't again

no atmosphere as they were playing the radio-who wants to listen to commercials?

Food: If you like ten items of basically the same thing-this is your place!

Drink: Stumptown-enough said....but, depending on the "barista"-the coffee could be good or bitter..cough cough...blonde bangs

Service

It's confortable, and feels like your at home

Food: The bagels are always soft and fresh, and their baked goods are some of the best in town

Drink: They make an espresso that is consistantly good every day, doesn't matter who makes them. I mail coffee to a friend in Hawaii because she tasted it and love it now...

Absolutely NOT!

I came here on my Mom's birthday. The manager/owner(?) made me wait to process the debit card, b/c she "only had one phone line" that one of her co-workers was using to "get directions." Then, she gave me a receipt with ALL credit card numbers displayed. This is a huge nuisance, b/c a lot of businesses don't shred their numbers--I have a friend who experienced theft because of this. Most businesses are kind enough to update their credit card processes to save their customer's the anxiety. It's not that huge of a hassle. So, when I crossed out the numbers she was outrageously snippy with me. She actually publicly argued with, yelled at me and then snobbishly walked away--eek! Somebody needs some customer service training. She already got the transaction--what's her problem?

Food: I ate a raspberry pastry. Like the coffee it tasted OLD.

Drink: Then, to make matters worst--the coffee was absolutely bitter. It tasted days old. Rude manager and nasty coffee--terrible combination for your mom's birthday. Don't go here--save yourself the trouble.
