Atmosphere - travel themed pub. even though it's new, it feels quite homey

Food - excellent food. Especially for pub-fare. Even the french fries (pommes frites) are a work of art

Beverages - guest beer taps, fine selection of hard-to-find belgian beers, a wall of liquor

  2. Best white cosmos!

Atmosphere - North 45 is definitely a step up from your traditional neighborhood bar, yet it manages to keep the "everybody knows your name" feel.

Food - Revel in their yummy selection of happy hour menu items - the chorizo mussels will leave your mouth watering!

Beverages - The white cosmos will keep me coming back for more!

Atmosphere - The pub has a traveling theme with European flags, currency & other trinkets. Very laid back & casual, even when the pub filled up in the evening.

Food - Some of the best food I've ever had in a bar in Portland! Their fries are delicious (they call their fries Pommes Frites in the spirit of their pub theme). They had a fairly extensive menu that featured muscles... and while I'm not a big muscle fan, what I did have was really good. Overall I was really impressed with what I had.

Beverages - I tried one of their imported Belgian Beers and it was so incredibly good I'm itching to try their whole Belgian beer menu! I also had a white cosmo and that was really tasty as well.
