Comfy sports bar. The kind of place you can set up shop for a few hours without enduring glares. Lots of TV's around the bars - you can hang out either in the front room and be a part of the scene, or in the back room where it's usually quiet and relatively empty.

Food: Cheap. Tasty. Plentiful. I especially like to snack on the nachos while working (be warned - it is a HUGE order) or I get the pesto chicken burger. The garden burger is wicked tasty, too.

Drink: FREE COFFEE REFILLS!! I mean, there's no espresso machine, but yay for endless brew coffee! They keep the thermos/dispenser right on the bar, so you can help yourself all morning/afternoon/evening. Also, tall boys of various cheap beers are easy on your pocket. Delicious microbrews (though very IPA heavy at times) and a LOT of bottled beer options round out the hops, and they do have liquor, although the selection is a bit limited.
