Just wait 'til you check out this new spot, soon to become the loftiest place to play pool and drink a beer in all the land. Step inside and have a gander up, waaaaay up -- this hidden room behind the Bagdad Theater's screen stretches an incredible seven stories from floor to ceiling!From 1930s vaudeville behind-the-scenes area to 1970s arthouse and hippie hangout, this place has a pretty cool history. We're renovating it from top to bottom to become Hawthorne's most happening spot to play a round or two of 8-ball, relax before or after a movie or just stop by for a beer. Our artists are currently hard at work, creating a huge 20'x20' mural depicting the various tales, characters and memories from the Bagdad since its opening in 1927.
